Hey, I'm Grant, a Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer based in London with 6+ years of experience in frontend development. I have a passion for collaboration and love working with PMs, stakeholders, QA and fellow engineers to understand squad goals and how I can help to deliver high-quality, tested features to users’ hands as quickly as possible.
I started my career at BT where I worked on a couple different impactful projects including a network visualisation tool and a complex Software Defined Network portal.
I then moved to Motorway where I worked on the growth and engagement squad, building and delivering impactful features to grow the user base. At Motorway I grew into a Tech Lead role where I was able to mentor and guide the squad to deliver impactful time-sensitive features, as well as lead on critical cross-squad initiatives such as A/B testing 🧪.
